Trek Store West Chester is seeking a Store Manager dedicated to delivering world-class customer experiences. You will lead daily operations, guide staff, manage merchandising, and drive sales while upholding Trek’s standards for performance and community impact.

Ideal candidates will have proven leadership in retail, strong bike passion, and the ability to coach teams, optimize processes, and foster a fun, customer-centric store culture.

Qualifications

• Solid handle on retail fundamentals: KPIs, budgets, and store metrics.
• Led a team for at least a year and coached others to perform.
• Experience in retail environment for at least 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by leading from the floor and delivering exceptional hospitality.
• Support budgeting, financial reviews, and coaching to reach goals.
• Lead training across key areas and run bi-weekly leadership meetings.
• Maintain organized, shopper-friendly store with strong merchandising and displays.
• Oversee inventory, supply management, and store operations.
