Job summary

Trek Pasadena is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations with a focus on hospitality, sales leadership, and community engagement. You’ll mentor the team, manage budgets, and ensure the store delivers the best in the world customer experiences.

You will drive revenue, oversee inventory, hiring, training, and store operations, while living Trek’s values and bike passion every day in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail know-how on KPIs, budgets and store profitability.
• Proven leadership with at least 1 year.
• Minimum 2 years in retail experience.
• Strong operational skills: inventory, merchandising, payroll and scheduling.
• Passion for bikes and customer service.
• Excellent communication and adaptability to change.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales from the floor with hospitality and top performance.
• Support budgeting, financial reviews, and team coaching.
• Lead training across key areas and coach the team.
• Host bi-weekly leadership meetings with the leadership team and DRIs.
• Maintain an organized, shopper-friendly store with strong merchandising and displays.
• Oversee store operations including inventory, supply management, and QuickBooks exports.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development.
• Support HR processes including discipline and team engagement.
