Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain staff; provide training and conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure store is properly staffed, opened and closed each day; maintain safety and policy compliance.
• Monitor sales, shrink, inventory accuracy and expenses; review plans and adjust as needed.
• Provide strong customer service leadership and maintain a clean, secure store environment.
