Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and execution of store processes including stocking and selling.
• Recruit, select and retain employees per labor laws and company policies.
• Provide training and conduct performance evaluations.
• Manage payroll and advancement recommendations.
• Communicate expectations and conduct regular safety meetings.
• Ensure consistent opening/closing and store staffing as needed.
• Review operating statements for sales, profitability and inventory trends.
• Monitor stock levels and cycle counts; manage BSR planning.
• Facilitate staging, stocking and merchandise presentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory and cash control procedures.
• Provide superior customer service leadership; keep store clean and safe.
