Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a Panda Express location. You will be responsible for operating a single store, hiring and directing associates, and driving financial performance while ensuring top-notch guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program, mentorship, and ongoing support from a Panda community that cares about your success. This role is based in the New Orleans area and requires a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Serve Safe certified for food safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and develop team to ensure a high-performing store and strong guest satisfaction.
• Participate in the leadership training program and apply learnings to daily store leadership.
