Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Panda Express location, drive store performance, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will hire, coach, and direct associates, aiming to meet financial goals while maintaining quality and service

The role includes an 8+ week leadership training program and ongoing development opportunities within a growing family of restaurants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and lead associates to meet financial goals and guest standards.
• Hire, train, and direct team members; manage performance to ensure consistent service.
• Participate in and promote leadership training and developmental programs.
