Job summary

Rottinghaus Company Inc, a proud Subway franchisee, seeks a Store Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll supervise scheduling, training, and compliance while driving customer satisfaction and team performance.

You will oversee inventory, maintain health standards, and ensure store profitability through coaching and strong communication with the Regional Manager. Training via Subway University will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability for all shifts.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Intermediate math skills for handling transactions and reconciliations.
• Ability to train and motivate employees for efficient performance.
• Proficiency with computers and basic software tools.
• Must pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance for bank-related duties.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling, payroll, and onboarding paperwork.
• Interviewing, hiring, and training new team members.
• Explaining company policies, security guidelines, and AV guidelines to new hires.
• Coaching employees to meet performance standards and resolve policy violations.
• Maintaining customer satisfaction and resolving concerns professionally.
• Managing inventory, food orders, and store cleanliness to Subway standards.
• Meeting productivity, sales, and food cost targets.
• Communicating effectively with staff and the Regional Manager.
• Completing Subway University training courses.
