RottinghausCompany Inc, a proud Subway franchisee, is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, scheduling, and guest service. You will oversee hiring, training, and policy guidance while ensuring a safe, clean store that meets Subway standards.

You will drive customer satisfaction, coach staff, and collaborate with the Regional Manager. Comprehensive Subway University training and advancement opportunities are provided in a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older upon promotion.
• Flexible availability for all shifts.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Intermediate math skills for handling transactions and reconciling money.
• Ability to train and motivate employees for efficient performance.
• Proficiency with computers and basic software tools.
• Must pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance for bank-related duties.

Responsibilities

• Store leadership: oversee scheduling, payroll, onboarding paperwork.
• Conduct interviews, hiring and training of new team members.
• Explain company policies, security guidelines to new hires.
• Coach employees to meet performance standards and address violations.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally.
• Manage inventory, food orders, and store cleanliness to Subway standards.
• Meet productivity, sales and food cost targets for the company.
• Communicate effectively with staff and Regional Manager.
• Complete Subway University training courses.
