RottinghausCompany Inc, a proud Subway franchisee, is seeking a motivated Store Manager to lead daily operations, scheduling, service quality and cleanliness. You’ll drive guest satisfaction and coach team members to deliver consistent experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability for all shifts.

Responsabilités

• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and onboarding paperwork.
• Conduct interviews, hire and train new team members.
• Explain policies, security guidelines, and training to new hires.
• Coach employees to meet performance standards and address violations.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally.
• Manage inventory, food orders, and store cleanliness to health standards.
• Meet productivity, sales, and food cost targets.
• Communicate effectively with staff and Regional Manager.
• Complete Subway University training courses.

Key Responsibilities:

As Store Manager, you’ll be theheartbeat of daily operations, ensuring smooth scheduling, top-notch service,and a clean, efficient store. Your duties will include:

• Employeescheduling, payroll, and onboarding paperwork
• Conductinginterviews, hiring, and training new team members
• Explainingcompany policies, security awareness, and audio/video guidelines to newhires
• Coachingemployees to meet performance standards and resolve policy violations
• Maintainingcustomer satisfaction and resolving concerns with professionalism
• Managinginventory, food orders, and store cleanliness to meet health and Subwaystandards
• Meet Companyexpectations for productivity, sales, and food cost standards
• Communicatingeffectively with staff and the Regional Manager
• Completing allrequired Subway University training courses

What We’re Looking For:

Must be 18 years or older uponpromotion

Intermediate math skills forhandling transactions and reconciling money

Must pass a background check
