Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and lead associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience targets.
• Provide leadership training and support to staff during the 8+ week leadership program.
