Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Retail Management experience in Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Experience with scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of store team to implement policies and initiatives.
• Oversee merchandise placement, promotions, pricing coordination.
• Lead MOD and manage multi-million-dollar sales and expenses.
