You will mentor, coach, and partner with associates across the organization to deliver a world-class shopping experience. The role requires strong leadership, customer service excellence, and the ability to manage merchandising, operations, and personnel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule; including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure implementation of established company policies and initiatives.
• Ensure Assistant Managers and store team members fulfill their responsibilities.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions, and pricing with Merchandising teams.
• Review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs, and chargeback paperwork for inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty; lead by example and uphold Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and expense budget with reporting and record-keeping.
