You will participate in an 8+ week leadership training program designed to prepare you for the responsibilities of a high-energy restaurant leadership role. A strong focus on guest experience and safety will guide your decisions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be able to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Hire, train and supervise associates to meet financial goals and maintain service standards.
• Complete an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
