Job summary

Sunglass Hut is seeking a Store Manager to lead the on-the-floor team and drive The Sunglass Hut Experience. You will coach and develop staff, deliver the sales plan, and ensure impeccable brand execution on the shop floor.

You will build strong customer relationships, recruit and onboard talent, and guide daily operations to meet financial targets while upholding the company's standards and culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in every aspect of store operations.
• Detail-oriented and capable of executing operation components with precision.
• Strong critical thinking to deliver absolute execution.

Responsibilities

• Utilize The Sunglass Hut Experience tools to deliver sales plans and objectives.
• Develop the store’s strategic plan to achieve financial results.
• Drive sales by identifying opportunities to meet goals.
• Coach, develop, mentor and inspire the team on the sales floor.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff using onboarding tools.
• Create an engaging work environment reflecting the brand integrity.
• Build customer relationships and act as a Sunglass Hut ambassador.
• Maintain brand standards and exceptional store operations.
