Sunglass Hut, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a Store Manager to lead on the floor, coach the team and deliver The Sunglass Hut Experience that drives sales.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, maintain brand standards, and build customer relationships while staying current on fashion trends. You will spend the majority of time on the sales floor, modelling exceptional service and driving toward financial targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in every aspect of store operations.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Ability to use critical thinking to deliver absolute execution of store operations.

• Develops the store’s strategic plan to achieve financial results.
