Sunglass Hut is seeking a Store Manager to lead on the floor and model exceptional service. You will coach staff, drive sales, and implement The Sunglass Hut Experience to ensure outstanding customer interactions and store performance.

In this role you will manage day-to-day store operations, recruit and train team members, and maintain brand standards while staying current on product trends and promotions. This position emphasizes people leadership and results.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to oversee store operations.
• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to guide staff.
