Sunglass Hut is seeking a Store Manager to lead on the sales floor and guide a team to deliver the Sunglass Hut Experience. You will coach, mentor and empower Associates to achieve superior customer service and sales results.

As a key on-the-floor leader, you will develop strategic plans, drive staffing decisions, and maintain brand standards while delivering an exceptional shopping environment for customers and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in store operations and execution.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes store tools to deliver sales plan and objectives.
• Develops and executes the store's strategic plan to achieve financial results.
