Chico's Houston is seeking a Store Manager to lead the team, build community connections, and create a seamless customer experience in a welcoming environment. You will drive store performance, coach a successful team, and elevate hospitality while upholding brand standards and ensuring compliance.

As the leader on the floor, you’ll empower staff, manage payroll and schedules, analyze store reports, and execute initiatives that deliver results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience, including 2+ years in a Store Manager role
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ownership mindset with accountability and initiative
• Strong leadership, people-management, and communication skills
• Ability to drive results through reporting and strategic planning

Responsibilities

• Define vision and strategy to prioritize customer-centric culture and operational excellence
• Hire, develop, and coach a retail team to deliver a superior customer experience
• Own store financial performance, payroll, scheduling, and sales goals
• Lead and mentor the team, provide feedback, and empower them to perform their best
• Use store reporting to create action plans that improve metrics and the business
• Maintain a visually inspiring store that reflects brand standards
• Communicate brand priorities and initiatives to the team
• Ensure policy compliance and professional conduct
• Build community connections through in-store events, philanthropy, and partnerships
