Job summary

JACK & JONES is seeking a Store Manager for the Philadelphia Premium Outlets location in Pottstown, PA. You will own store performance, lead a team of 7-15, and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will manage recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day operations, ensuring strong visual merchandising and compliance with company standards. Base salary is competitive with a performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience as a Store Manager or high-performing Assistant Manager in a high-volume retail environment.
• Proven track record of driving sales performance and achieving KPIs.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching, performance management, and team development.
• Experience managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
• Highly commercially minded with data-driven decision-making.
• Strong operational and organizational skills, with experience managing store processes and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7-15 colleagues, building a strong store culture
• Own and drive KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, and profitability
• Oversee day-to-day store operations: scheduling, inventory, stock flow
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and loss prevention practices.
• Maintain high standards in visual merchandising and customer experience.
