JACK & JONES is seeking a Store Manager for the Deer Park location at Tanger Outlets. You will own the store's performance, lead a team, and drive a strong customer experience in a high-volume retail environment.

You will manage recruitment, onboarding, and development, while delivering on sales, service, and operational standards in a fast-paced fashion brand setting. This role offers growth within a global fashion group and opportunities to lead new stores.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of Store Manager or high-performing Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Proven track record of driving sales performance and achieving KPIs.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, and developing talent.
• Highly commercial with ability to analyze data and act decisively.
• Operational and organizational skills with store processes and compliance.
• Hands-on, solutions-oriented in a fast-paced setting.
• Passionate about fashion, trends, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 7–15 colleagues, creating an engaged store culture.
• Own key KPIs: sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, profitability; implement action plans.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations: scheduling, inventory, stock flow.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training.
• Ensure stock presentation, customer service standards, and loss prevention.
