Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Model exceptional customer service and selling behaviors to elevate the in-store experience.
• Partner with store leaders and associates to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Model brand-specific service standards and selling behaviors to foster authentic customer engagement.
• Lead all aspects of people management including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, promotions, and terminations.
• Manage store operations including scheduling, inventory, loss prevention, audits, and reporting.
• Support store marketing events and community engagement initiatives to drive traffic.
