Qualifications

3-5 years of related professional/retail management experience.

Proven ability to drive results through store teams.

Solution-oriented and able to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

Lead store performance, deliver exceptional customer experience and foster a high-performing, inclusive team culture.
Achieve and exceed sales goals; monitor progress against KPIs.
Model brand standards and customer engagement; coach and develop staff.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, evaluations, promotions, and terminations.
Oversee scheduling, loss prevention, audits, and reporting.
Ensure visual merchandising, inventory control, and store operations are maintained.
Support marketing events and community engagement to drive traffic.
