Job summary

Vans in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking a part-time Supervisor to support the store’s leadership team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will lead by example, coach associates, and help maximize store profitability while upholding brand standards.

You will supervise daily operations, monitor inventory flow, train new team members, maintain visual merchandising, and foster an inclusive, energetic environment that motivates the team to exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced setting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sales and profit in stores.
• Strong coaching, motivation, and team-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to influence across levels.
• Adaptable, solution-oriented, and able to manage shifting priorities.
• Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.
• Physical ability to stand, move, and perform light-to-moderate lifting.
