Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or multi-branch leadership environments.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to mentor and coach teams and build partnerships.
• Proven track record of delivering results in store operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to enforce policies and initiatives.
• Ensure team members fulfill responsibilities and achieve store goals.
• Coordinate merchandising, promotions, and pricing with Merchandising and Operations.
• Oversee receiving, transfers, RTVs, and inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty; lead by example and model SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales and expense budgets; review reporting and records.
• Recruit, screen, and hire associates to meet staffing needs.
• Onboard and train new hires; provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Handle personnel and associate relations issues.
• Oversee payroll budgeting, workforce management, and scheduling.
• Foster effective communication with district and regional teams and partners.
