Burlington Stores in the United States is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of a multi-million-dollar store operation, delivering world-class service and profitable results. You will mentor and coach a team, uphold Burlington's values, and partner with district and regional peers to drive great outcomes.

As Manager on Duty, you’ll oversee staffing, scheduling, merchandising, and daily operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and policy adherence while providing a top-tier customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience in big-box or specialty retail.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates.
• Ensure team adheres to company policies and standards.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions and pricing.
• Review receiving, transfers, RTVs, and chargebacks for inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty and lead by example.
• Oversee multi-million-dollar sales and expenses.
• Recruit, screen and hire store staff.
• Onboard and train new hires; provide ongoing coaching.
• Manage payroll budgeting and scheduling.
• Foster communication across store, district and regional teams.
