Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to relocate to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising and directing staff to meet financial goals and guest-experience targets.
• Complete an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
