You will be in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• As part of the career path, you will participate in an 8+ weeks store leadership training program.
