Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide 8+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
• Support from Panda community and leadership development programs to foster career growth.
