Citi Trends is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of store performance, people leadership, and operational execution. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales and profitability, and cultivate a high-performing team while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager or equivalent retail leadership role.
• 5–7 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to meet sales goals and customer experience standards.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, coach, and, when necessary, counsel or terminate associates.
• Build and maintain staffing levels to support store operations and performance.
• Ensure customers receive excellent service in a safe, organized environment and enforce loss prevention standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support store operations and business needs.
