Panda Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead the operation of a single location. You will hire, coach and direct associates to hit financial goals while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule, including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in leadership development and coaching is a plus.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing associates and achieving financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and store performance.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program and ongoing career development.
