Job summary

Savers is seeking a Store Manager for our Silver Spring, MD location. You will lead the store team, drive sales, donations, and operational efficiency, and ensure a high level of customer and donor service.

This role demands hands-on leadership, coaching, and close collaboration with district leadership to meet company goals. You will oversee staffing, training, merchandising, loss prevention, and community engagement, while upholding Savers’ values and policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma; post-secondary degree preferred.
• 3+ years results-driven retail store management, or industrial management experience.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store sales, donations, expenses and profits targets.
• Lead, direct and supervise the management team and store staff.
• Deliver a positive customer/donor experience and manage cash register efficiency.
