Qualifications

• High School diploma; post-secondary degree preferred.
• 3+ years of results-driven retail store management experience.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the store and team in line with policies, procedures and laws.
• Ensure sales, donations and expenses meet targets with profitability.
• Lead, coach and supervise the management team and staff.
• Oversee merchandising productivity and pricing standards.
• Direct donation management and community partnerships.
• Deliver a positive customer/donor experience and resolve issues.
