Savers is recruiting for a Retail Sales Manager (Assistant Store Manager) in Laurel, MD to lead the sales floor, ensure excellent customer service, and drive store results. You will manage staff, train and coach teams, and uphold Savers' standards and merchandising guidelines.

Qualifications include leadership experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The role includes onboarding and ongoing professional development opportunities with Savers University.

Qualifications

• Retail/store management experience preferred.
• Experience in Savers production environment is a plus.
• Ability to coach and develop staff while meeting store targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day sales floor operations and customer service.
• Manage staffing, training, and coaching of the sales team.
• Analyze store metrics and drive performance toward targets.
• Lead merchandising and promotions to maximize sales.
