Job summary

Savers, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for our Vienna, VA location. You will oversee the store and team, drive sales and donations, and ensure operations align with policies and budget objectives. Training will occur at the Woodbridge store prior to opening the new Vienna location.

Preferred candidates bring 3+ years in retail store management, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Comprehensive onboarding and benefits are provided as part of the role.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall store management and team direction.
• Ensure sales, donor intake, expenses and profits meet targets.
• Lead and train management team and staff across all roles.
• Plan staffing with Production Manager and Retail Sales Manager.
• Develop high-potential team members for management roles.
• Maintain a values-driven, respectful workplace.
