Savers is opening a new Sterling, VA store and will conduct training at the Woodbridge location before launch. The Store Manager will lead a team, drive sales and donor engagement, and ensure alignment with company policies and community-focused programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School diploma; 3+ years results-driven retail store management, or industrial management experience.
• Experience with leading teams, driving sales, and controlling expenses.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and develop staff to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall store management and direction in line with policies and laws.
• Achieve sales, donation, expenses, and profit targets for the store.
• Plan staffing, recruit, train, and develop team members at all levels.
• Deliver exceptional customer and donor service and maintain store standards.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive productivity and profitability.
