Kid to Kid in Bossier City, LA is hiring a full-time Store Manager to lead our team and ensure a premier resale experience. You’ll oversee hiring, training, daily execution, merchandising, and customer service while driving profitable store performance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is required.
• Prior leadership experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of 10+ employees.
• Own all aspects of store performance, including sales, payroll, and scheduling.
• Analyze sales and buying reports to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Hire, train, and coach team members; provide real-time feedback.
• Maintain high standards for merchandising, cleanliness, and organization.
• Oversee buying operations and pricing inventory.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience and service-focused culture.
