Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a store supervisor/manager to lead daily operations in our Denver, CO location. The role focuses on team development, customer service excellence, and meeting sales targets while maintaining a positive, respectful environment for staff and customers.

You will oversee recruiting, training, and performance, ensure compliance with safety and banking requirements, and manage expenses. Starting pay includes commission and growth opportunities within a national tanning and

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Minimum 35 hours per week.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
