Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience in a Store or District Manager role in a high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a large team with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent organization and communication skills with a focus on coaching and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations to boost sales, control expenses, and minimize shrink and damages.
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers.
• Develop and implement plans to increase store sales and optimize inventory and customer demographics.
• Ensure Loss Prevention priorities and compliance with company procedures.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and merchandise presentation.
