Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Store Manager in Alliance, Ohio to lead daily operations, supervise 2+ employees, and ensure outstanding customer service while upholding company standards.

You will recruit, train and develop team members, manage scheduling and merchandising, monitor sales, and maintain store image and safety. This full-time role covers days, evenings and overnight shifts in a fast-paced retail environment. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years retail experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train employees in CSR/LSR/SA roles.
• Strong communication and computer/reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees and coordinate tasks.
• Recruit, hire and train staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Manage store operations, merchandising, stocking and cleanliness.
• Schedule staff within guidelines to maximize service and image.
