Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years retail experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff per CSR/LSR/SA roles.
• Ability to supervise and manage store functions.
• Computer literacy for reports, inventory, cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Open availability.
• English communication (oral and written).
• Ability to perform essential duties and physical functions.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle.
• Stamina for long periods.
• Food Server ServSafe or similar certificate may be required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises the activities of 2+ full-time employees, including assistants and CSR/LSR roles.
• Recruits, hires and trains positive, enthusiastic employees ensuring excellent customer service.
• Develops and assigns tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, organized and well-kept.
• Schedules employees to maximize customer service and store image.
• Maintains professional image among staff and supervisor.
• Develops relationships with suppliers and resolves customer complaints promptly.
• Provides on-site attendance and promotes a safe community image.
• Trains employees on safety procedures and cash handling to reduce risk.
• Ensures training completion and timely performance appraisals.
• Communicates with employees and the District Manager regularly.
• Organizes and maintains store files and reports; ensures accurate inventory and pricing.
