Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in retail.
• Proven ownership of a store P&L or operating budget.
• Experience managing other supervisors or managers.
• Bilingual Spanish skills strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop associates, provide ongoing performance feedback.
• Supervise staff to meet sales goals and follow procedures.
• Forecast scheduling, create work schedules, and manage payroll within budget.
• Develop in-store marketing, promotions and seasonal merchandising.
• Maintain inventory and oversee safety policies.
• Lead team huddles and store meetings to drive engagement.
