Ace Hardware is seeking a qualified Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and manage profitability. This full-time role reports to the General Manager and focuses on coaching staff, inventory control, and exceptional customer service.

The position requires a minimum of 7 years of leadership in retail, with P&L ownership experience and strong communication skills. Flexibility for varied hours and bilingual abilities are preferred.
