Five Below is hiring a Store Manager to lead from the floor, energize a high-performing team, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. You will balance operations, labor planning, and customer-focused experiences to drive sales and store performance.

You will coach and develop staff, maintain replenishment and merchandising standards, and lead by example in integrity and accountability. A strong, energetic culture is a must.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
