Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of leadership experience leading teams and delivering results.
• Experience managing a store or large department; retail preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop others.
• Comfort leading in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
