Five Below is seeking a Store Manager to lead from the floor, energize the team, and deliver results. You’ll balance operations, coaching, and customer wow moments to create an engaging store experience that drives sales and customer satisfaction.

You will develop a high-performing team, manage labor, and ensure visual standards and store priorities are met. This role offers growth and bonus opportunities within a dynamic, fast-paced retail culture.

Formación

• 5–10+ years of leadership experience
• Experience managing a store or large department
• Internal promotion from assistant or co-manager roles is a big plus
• Comfort leading in fast-paced, high-volume environments
