Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 3+ years of management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate computer and printer frequently; handle cash register occasionally.
• Stock room and sales floor: ascend/descend ladders as needed.
• Kneel, bend, twist, and stoop to access stock items.
• Identify and follow email and print instructions for merchandising layouts.
• Communicate with customers and colleagues and share accurate information.
• Direct associates on the sales floor and assist customers; manage stock movement.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
