Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations across all departments (Produce, Bakery, Deli, Meat, Dairy, Frozen Foods, Vitamins, Beer/Wine, Bulk Foods).
• Ensure profitable operations, safety, cleanliness and proper stocking.
• Hire, train and develop staff; manage performance and discipline as needed.
• Address customer complaints and maintain community relations while complying with policies.
