You will manage staff, ensure safety, inventory integrity, and merchandising excellence in a fast-paced market. The role requires 1–3 years of retail management experience, a related bachelor's degree preferred, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail management experience.
• Degree in business, management, marketing, retailing, communications, advertising, liberal arts, or related field preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing and customer-friendly attitude.
• Ability to manage staff including interviewing, hiring, training and performance reviews.
• Strong leadership to motivate staff and understand financial goals.
• Ability to handle emergencies and maintain store safety and sanitation.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods.
