PacSun is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving a customer-focused, sales-driven and profitable store in Park City. You will lead by example, motivate the team, and ensure policy adherence while delivering the brand's fashion-forward experience.

This part-time role requires flexibility to work weekends and peak holiday periods, with 20–40 hours per week. A high school diploma or equivalent and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Effective written and verbal skills.
• Proficient in math and computer skills.
