Job summary

PacSun stores across the United States seek a Store Manager who champions a customer-focused, sales-driven, profitable operation. You will own in-store presentation, lead the team, coach managers and associates, and translate brand strategies into daily action.

A four-year degree is preferred; five years retail experience and two years management are expected. You will drive digital sales strategies like ship from store and BOPIS, while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years retail experience with proven ability to drive sales results.
• Minimum two years retail management experience.
• Four-year college degree or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Willingness to travel periodically for meetings/workshops.
• Proficient in math and strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee in-store presentation and operations to meet standards.
• Lead and coach store management and associates to achieve goals.
• Drive sales results and manage performance to KPIs.
• Implement digital sales strategies including ship from store and BOPIS.
